1. Publisher
The yokiplan.com website and the Yoki application are currently published by an individual acting in a non-professional capacity while the service is being prepared. The sole proprietorship intended to operate Yoki has not yet been registered, and the website does not directly sell subscriptions.
Under Article 1-1 II of French Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004, the publisher has provided their identification details to the hosting provider. Before commercial activity begins, this notice will be completed with the professional identity, address, registration number, telephone number and VAT number where applicable.

The publisher of Yoki is responsible for publication.
3. Hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, California 94107, United States.
4. Intellectual property
The Yoki brand, logo, text, illustrations, interfaces and screenshots published by Yoki are protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.
Recipes and other content imported or created by users remain subject to their respective authors’ rights. Importing content into Yoki does not transfer ownership to the publisher.

To report content, an error or an infringement, identify the relevant address or screen and explain the reason for your request.
